Office Canopy Group acquires Kudos Business Technologies and secures exclusive distribution of breakthrough LED technology. Leading UK LED supplier, Kudos Business Technologies, has been acquired by the Office Canopy Group (OCG), one of the UK’s leading providers of business commodity items. NeoPac Optoelectronics Inc.’s NeoBulb range boasts a unique patented system that offers an elegant engineering solution to the key challenge of thermal management, achieving high quality light output with improved efficiency and product life span. The technology’s unique heat pipe allows OCG Lighting’s NeoBulb products to maintain a thermal junction temperature of less than 60C resulting in an extremely long lifespan; currently more than 60,000 hours and counting. It is this quality, backed up by excellent implementation successes, that is leading OCG Lighting toward their goal of achieving widespread adoption of LED lighting within the UK.
