Via the firm’s MyMiniFactory website, fans of the 3D printed medium are now able to get their hands on a 3D printed Minions chess set, inspired by the Despicable Me movies.
The Minions have made their foray in to the realm of 3D printing, thanks to the efforts of 3D printing company iMakr.
Via the firm’s MyMiniFactory website, fans of the 3D printed medium are now able to get their hands on a 3D printed Minions chess set, inspired by the Despicable Me movies.
The chess set is just one of many toys on offer through the website joining a roster of designs such as Game of Thrones action figures, Clash of Clans statues and more.
The Minions chess set was designed by My Minifactory user, Billy Sides.
“I incorporated the Minions’ love of bananas with their desire to rule the world in to this awesome 3D printable chess set,” said Sides via the printing site.
Meanwhile, iMakr has also announced a new partnership with Royal Mail, offering Christmas shoppers the chance to bring their own designs to print this year, and have them delivered straight to their door.
The 3D Printing Pilot programme will run throughout December.
