A PET line at a plant operated by South Korea-based KP Chemical is currently off-stream.
“Line no-2 of the PET plant located in Ulsan has been shutdown due to technical reasons and is under maintenance since March 7, 2013,” a KP Chemical official told fibre2fashion.
He added that the PET line with a capacity of 330 tons per day is expected to come on-stream in mid-April.
The Ulsan PET plant has a capacity of 1,250 tons per day.
