AccuQuilt Has Released The GO

Go! This and That Die Sparks Creative Excitement

Just like a great family recipe, a good quilt often has a little bit of dash and pinch thrown into its design. To honor this time-honored method, AccuQuilt has released the GO! This and That Die Collection at the International Fall Quilt Market 2012 Show in Houston.

The exciting new die collection features new geometric shapes specifically designed to fit with existing GO! dies to create 9" block designs.

The GO! This and That collection also includes four dies from the AccuQuilt Die to Try program, an innovative way for newly released dies to get tested and rated by quilters for a limited time. These four dies are GO! Zoo Animals, GO! Train, and two dies by Japanese designer, Reiko Kato—GO! Small Houses and GO! Trees. These dies were the top winners in a previous Die to Try test program and have shown amazing potential to create strong sales in the retail stores.

"With the holidays approaching, we felt this was perfect timing for a release like this," said Linda Pumphrey, AccuQuilt Global Sales Manager. "Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and even Cyber Monday all are big sales opportunities for our retailers and make up a large part of the buying season for our customers. Spicing up this release with a variety of products is one way AccuQuilt helps boost sales for our authorized dealers."

To add even more spice to this fantastic release, AccuQuilt has added designer dies by newcomer, Leslie Main, with GO! Log Cabin-12" Finished, and celebrity quilters, Alex Anderson and Ricky Tims with GO! Swag and GO! Arabesque No 1. Each die comes with an exclusive pattern (except for the 6" x 6" GO! Trees by Reiko Kato) and our GO! Welcome Home Wall Hanging pattern incorporates both the GO! Small Houses and the GO! Trees die. AccuQuilt has even added the highly-requested 1 ¼-inch strip cutter into the collection to give it even more flavor. All dies in this exciting collection feature new Two Tone™ Foam (except for the 1 ¼-inch Strip Cutter).

"We felt that we had a fun variety of new products to offer customers and releasing them like this creates a melting pot of excitement for both retailers and quilters," said Lynn Gibney, AccuQuilt Director of Marketing. "Geometric dies are our most popular and mixing them up with designer dies, new patterns and Die to Try program dies, offers our customers a wide variety of choices all bundled up in one release."

Headquartered in Omaha, Neb., AccuQuilt offers quilters, fabric crafters and retailers a premiere line of fabric cutters, dies, quilting patterns and other quilt and fabric cutting solutions that help quilters quickly and accurately cut shapes for quilting and fabric crafts.
