Simba Smoby has appointed Alex Kovacevic as Marketing and Licensing Manager.
Kovacevic has previously worked at toy suppliers such as Goldfish & Bison, Re:creation and Hy-Pro.
A statement read: "Simba Smoby has been one of the fastest growing toy companies in the UK over the past three years and this appointment marks a significant step forward in the continuing growth of the business.
