Blitz Sport, a supplier of martial arts equipment, is among a handful of UK firms implementing NetSuite's SuiteCommerce platform.
Blitz has replaced Sage Line 50 and Dydacomp Mail Order Manager with NetSuite SuiteCommerce, which provides cloud-based e-commerce to support sales in the areas of in-store retail, business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), mail order and telesales, as well as marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
"By unifying our multichannel commerce operations in the cloud on NetSuite SuiteCommerce we have completely transformed the business, streamlining operations while delivering a much higher-quality experience for our consumers and business customers," said Alena, head of IT at Blitz Sport.
By using NetSuite and SuiteCommerce, Blitz has expanded into European markets, the company said.
The product has also helped Blitz Sport's multi-channel operations, such as enabling customers who have bought products online to return items at its retail stores.
According to Blitz, the deployment of NetSuite has doubled inventory turnover and resulted in a tenfold increase in international sales.

SuiteCommerce provides cloud-based order management, with rules-based workflow technology to manage the lifecycle of a transaction – order, fulfilment, payment, repurchase. It also includes warehouse management capabilities, including bin and lot tracking, pick/pack/ship fulfilment processes, and support for multiple warehouse locations.
According to NetSuite, the product can reduce fraudulent orders and the amount of time spent reviewing orders by providing intelligent review and exception capabilities.
NetSuite said it can also be integrated with local shipping services, such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce, to generate real-time rates, print shipping labels and automatically send package tracking information to shoppers.
SuiteCommerce also provides multi-currency and multi-tax support.
Other companies using SuiteCommerce include floor retailer Harvey Maria and bicycle distributor 2Pure, which has used the product to support its expansion across multiple B2B and B2C sales channels.
