New Production Hall Opened at RPC Bramlage Velky Meder in Slovakia

RPC Bramlage has opened a new production hall at Velky Meder in Slovakia, which has doubled the size of the injection moulding production area.

The 2700m² area will offer improved support for the Bramlage division’s customers in Eastern and Southern Europe. It features new injection moulding equipment and assembly lines

RPC has invested around €4.2m in the area, which will enable to manufacture a range of both bespoke and standard packs for markets such as beauty care and food.

The facility will also be used to produce solutions for the specialist sectors such as building and household products.

Specifically, the facility will enable to produce RPC Bramlage ranges, including advanced dispensers and high-quality crème jars.

RPC Velky Meder general manager Andreas Keller said: “This is a significant development for our site and will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.”

With a turnover of around €4bn, RPC is a global design and engineering company specialising in polymer conversion in packaging and non-packaging markets.

The company operates seven divisions, including RPC Ace, RPC Bebo, RPC bpi group, RPC Bramlage, RPC M&H, RPC Promens and RPC Superfos.

RPC Bramlage provides packaging solutions for products in sectors such as personal care, healthcare, luxury, food and home.

RPC Bebo provides hermoformed packaging solutions for a range of markets, including spreads, fresh, frozen and ambient shelf stable food, coffee capsules, vending cups and dairy products.
