UK store Grasshopper Toys has acquired the online science shop Curious Minds.
Grasshopper Toys,based in Helensburgh,Scotland,has a focus on science toys and has won a number of distribution deals with some of the world's biggest manufacturers of scientific toys.
Curious Minds is an international online science toy shop,featuring a wide range of science,nature,space and technology products.
The online store will now become the science arm of Grasshopper Toys,offering'sophisticated products'while Grasshopper will continue to sell fun and educational toys.
"This is an incredibly exciting time for the company,"Wendy Hamilton,founder of Grasshopper Toys.
"Curious Minds is a wonderful toy shop that I have admired for some time as the founders share a similar ethos to play and science as I do.
