Ccbp Said The 11-Hectare Bottling Plant Operates Using The Most Modern Advanced Equipment

Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines (CCBP) has launched a sustainable bottling plant in Mindanao, Philippines.

CCBP said the 11-hectare bottling plant operates using the most modern advanced equipment and highly-skilled associates.

The multi-technology facility was slated for silver-Leed certification due to its building approach and environmental conservation capabilities.

The plant's environmental features include rainwater harvesting, advanced technology for wastewater treatment, solid waste segregation, high efficiency motors to reduce air pollution, LED lighting fixtures and water conservation features in the site services.

The bottling plant was built as part of CCBP's commitment of $1bn investment in the Philippines for the next five years.

CCBP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Coca-Cola Company based in Atlanta, USA, operates 23 plants and 47 sales offices across the country with over 7,000 employees.
