Commercial vehicle manufacturer Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus (MFTBC) has merged its subsidiaries PABCO and Fuso Tech to form a new company under the name PABCO.
According to the company, the new merger will reduce order-to-delivery time and capture customer needs precisely and quickly.
MFTBC said the new company, PABCO, also consolidates Fuso's truck bodybuilding and customisation operations.
MFTBC Operations Trucks & Buses senior vice president Masashi Kogame said, "We believe the merger of the two essential value chain operations, truck bodybuilding and customization, will enable us to capture customer needs more precisely and quickly.
