Holland's Pies,a UK-based producer of pies,puddings and pastries,is introducing a range of savory slices at independent convenience outlets and garage forecourts across the north west England.
The new range features three 160g slices including Chicken Slice,Steak Slice and Chicken Curry Slice.The products are available from 7 August 2012,for a trial price of £1.39(RRP).
Chicken Slice is a combination of diced chicken breast in a white sauce,baked in puff pastry;Steak Slice is made using chunks of diced steak,gravy and then baked in puff pastry;and Chicken Curry Slice is diced chicken breast in a mild curry sauce,baked in puff pastry,reported Retailtimes.co.uk.
Holland's Pies is also rolling out a new range of unbaked pies into the foodservice market.Available from September,the range includes 220g and 30g unbaked puffed pies.
The unbaked puff pie(220g)range includes Steak&Ale Pie;Steak Pie;Steak&Kidney Pie;Minced Beef&Onion Pie;and Chicken&Mushroom Pie.The unbaked Mini Pies(30g)range will offer the following flavor options-Mini Chicken&Bacon Pie and Mini Steak Pie.
