Blanks/USA has launched Lift Off die cut paper product lineup that is print-ready and provides durability during assembly.
A breakaway from the industry standard perforated formats prone to accidental ripping or tearing, the new product lineup is claimed to have greater durability with its tear resistant back. Its smooth edges contribute to a high-quality look.
Blanks/USA CEO Andy Ogren said: "There's nothing else on the market like it -- allowing you to digitally produce dimensional or die cut substrates."
The die cut paper technology company also offers blank paper products such as Kan't Kopy Security Paper and Synthetic Paper Integrated Cards. Customizable tall boxes, table tents and bottle hangers form part of its portfolio.
The Lift Off is flexible to fit into a dimensional piece, as against its traditional variants. Lift Off dimensional pieces can be assembled in around 16 seconds, the company said.
Compatible with any copier, laser, and offset printers, Lift Off can be printed on vellum, invercote, cast coat, felt, and synthetics.
