The board game is based on the popular gaming franchise Assassin's Creed.
Video games firm Ubisoft and board game publishers, Cryptozoic are joining forces to create Assassin's Creed: Arena, based on the popular Assassin's Creed franchise.
The game - set to retail in the US at $50 - is set in Constantinpole and features popular characters, templars from the video game Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
Designed for two to four players, the game encourages players to take turns to draw an event card, which can then affect the entire board or the player alone, reports Polygon.com.
A set of Action cards will dictate how far players can move during an attack on other players and ho match damage they will inflict.
A player who runs out of cards is eliminated from the game, until they respawn at the starting point.
Cryptozoic Entertainment is also the publisher of the popular World of War Craft Trading Card Game.
