French Retail Group selects Oracle to support commerce growth.

- Groupe ERAM, a 1.7 billion Euros French group, has selected Oracle Commerce to create a multi-site ecommerce platform for its shoes and apparel brands.
-With 1,650 stores across brands such as Eram and GEMO, Groupe ERAM wanted to extend its operations through a next level ecommerce strategy.
- Groupe ERAM selected Oracle Commerce to take advantage of a single platform to operate multiple integrated commerce sites.
-Groupe ERAM plans to roll out Oracle Commerce across 7 brands, ahead of a wider deployment, creating new ecommerce opportunities for some brands and replacing legacy open source solutions for others, which lacked the scalability, flexibility and functionality necessary to support the ecommerce ambitions.
-Oracle Commerce will help Groupe ERAM to deliver more personalized, relevant and connected experiences to its multi-channel customers, by promoting more targeted offers to drive cross- and up-sell opportunities and improve conversion rates, while helping to keep the costs in check thanks to a single platform.
- Oracle Commerce was selected following a comprehensive review of competitive solutions, and the implementation will be managed by Progiweb, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
