US-based Pamarco Technologies, a manufacturer and distributor of components for the printing industry, has acquired Absolute Engineering for an undisclosed value.
According to Brabners, the company's corporate associate Mark Traynor led the team advising Pamarco on the acquisition.
Mark said: "We are delighted to have played our part in this transaction which is a very exciting opportunity for our client and complements its existing business activity."
Yorkshire-based Absolute Engineering produces woven carbon fiber doctoring systems for manufacturers and users of packaging machinery worldwide and supplies to the envelope, label, paper conversion, coating, flexible packaging, tissue and corrugated sectors.
Pamarco Technologies has its European office in Warrington, Cheshire.
