The first photos depicting the Renault Initial Paris Concept have been released online, following a teaser image that surfaced last week.
The Paris Concept is expected to preview the all-new Renault Espace minivan, which has remained in fourth-generation guise since 2003.
Reports suggest the Espace replacement will swap its people-carrier styling for a sleeker crossover-like approach, as the latest images here show.
Renault’s concept car director, Axel Breun, has already said the new model will have high-end features as part of the company’s push to move its larger vehicles upmarket.
“The Espace will be functional but at the same time it will be a vehicle the occupants will enjoy travelling in, with a good view,” he said.
The next-generation Espace will be the first Renault built on the all-new CFM1 modular platform developed will alliance partner Nissan.
