HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced that LC Waikiki has selected the HighJump warehouse management system (WMS) and performance management system to optimize the accuracy and performance of its supply chain. LC Waikiki, based in Istanbul, is a leading apparel retailer in Turkey with nearly 400 stores.
It is quickly expanding to other nations, including nearly 70 stores in 18 countries across Europe and the Middle East. The company worked with Buton, HighJump Software’s partner in the region, to evaluate and select the HighJump Software supply chain management solutions.
“The number of our stores and our online business are growing quickly, and the ability of our team to configure the application ourselves gives us more autonomy and the ability to respond quickly to market demands, which ultimately provides our customers with even better service.”
LC Waikiki expects to strengthen its inventory accuracy, picking flexibility and batching strategies with the HighJump solutions. The WMS will ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment through directed, optimized workflow. With this adaptable system, LC Waikiki can build its own unique business processes that will strengthen its responsiveness to consumer demands.
The performance management system will give LC Waikiki the ability to produce comparative dashboards with real-time data from the WMS that can be used to identify gaps in productivity and drive significant process improvements. The company will also be able to track its operations against industry-specific key performance indicators and perform root-cause analysis if standards are not met.
“We chose the HighJump WMS and performance management system because of the applications’ adaptability to our business processes, and because of HighJump Software’s intimate knowledge of and experience with our sector,” said Mesut Akyildiz, assistant general manager, logistics and warehouse management, LC Waikiki.
“The number of our stores and our online business are growing quickly, and the ability of our team to configure the application ourselves gives us more autonomy and the ability to respond quickly to market demands, which ultimately provides our customers with even better service.”
“We are honored to serve a respected retailer such as LC Waikiki as they expand internationally,” said David Houser, vice president of international sales, HighJump Software. “Our solutions’ ability to adapt to any business need continues to drive our growth among retailers around the world – whether they have physical store locations, are solely an e-commerce business, or a combination of both. This sector’s fast-changing nature demands a flexible supply chain solution that can evolve with a company.”
