Founder Securities (SHSE: 601901), suspending trade due to planning a significant assets restructuring from August 27, has preliminarily decided to absorb and merge with Minzu Securities through issuing shares after consultation with relevant parties.
Since the restructuring is significant and unprecedented in the capital market and involves more complicated procedures, applied by Founder, the stock will continue suspending trade for not more than 30 days from September 26, 2013.
