The 2014 edition of the Stockholm Design Week, February 3 to 8, sees the presence of Luca Nichetto with the launch of new collaboration with international companies: the Portuguese De La Espada and the Canadian Mj lk and confirms the partnerships with Scandinavian companies: Offecct, One Nordic Furniture Company and David Design Bauer Atelier, at Brunnsgatan 4, hosts, during Stockholm Design Week, the debut of the brand “LucaNichetto” for De La Espada and sees the launch of the lounge chair Elysia, first product of the collection 50/50.
After the success during the Toronto Design Offsite where it won both the awards for Juror’s Choice and Best Exhibition, the coffee set Sucabaruca, designed by Luca Nichetto in collaboration with Lera Moiseeva for the shop gallery Mj lk, will be presented for the first time in Europe at the Stockholm Design Week 2014 during a unique event at Gaston wine bar located in M lartorget 15 in the heart of the Swedish capital.
The Design Week will be stage for several products designed by Luca Nichetto in his career, for brands like Casamania and Foscarini, which will be displayed in two different events in the city.
In the context of the Stockholm Fair, new products will be presented: Notes for Offecct, sound-absorbing panels that not only absorb the sounds, but allow to divide the space in a new and fun way, thanks to their mobile fastening, Hai ottoman for One Nordic Furniture Company, which completes the lounge chair of the same collection, but it’s able to stand alone, Fondue for David Design, lamp, which merges different traditions – the South European and the North European – in the field of household suspended lights.
At the Stockholm Fair it will also be possible to visit the Petite Friture’s stand displaying the Swell collection designed by the Venetian designer for the French brand during the past years.
