Poland-based Warta Insurance and Reinsurance Company has selected Guidewire Software’s Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system, to achieve their strategic business and customer service objectives.
Warta will use the new ClaimCenter to develop claims services for its customers as well as to refine its claims handling processes.
Guidewire and Warta will implement the solution with Sollers Consulting, a Guidewire PartnerConnect alliance program member.
Warta claims management vice president and board member Rafal Stankiewicz said that the company has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter to support management processes objectives.
"Together, Guidewire and Sollers Consulting will provide us with the advantages of a best-in-class technology solution and strong knowledge of the Polish insurance market," Stankiewicz added.
The end-to-end claims management system, Guidewire ClaimCenter will enhance speed and accuracy, reduce loss adjustment expense, and enable proactive management of claims for insurers of all sizes across all product lines.
