SiC ceramic membrane specialist LiqTech International Inc has entered into a cooperation agreement with Denmarka's Provital Solution A/S to jointly penetrate the global market for pool and spa water filtration.Provital Solutions manufactures advanced water filtration solutions for pool and spa water in the Scandinavian and Australian markets.As a direct result of the agreement,LiqTech has been awarded a contract to supply more than 150 ceramic membranes for five large pool water treatment installations.LiqTech CEO Lasse Andreassen said:"This agreement and supply contract is a major breakthrough for our technology in the pool and spa market.The ceramic membranes have a huge potential in many other applications and we expect to penetrate several others markets with our unique and competitive technology in the coming years."
