US-based independent insurance agency, InPro Insurance has acquired Falvay-Counihan Insurance for an undisclosed amount.
As part of the acquisition, InPro takes hold of Falvay-Counihan's book of property and casualty insurance business, along with its team of insurance agents.
InPro Insurance Group president Dave Goodman said Falvay-Counihan's acquisition represents an ideal next step in the company's continued calculated growth in the metro Detroit region.
"Falvay-Counihan's services and approach are well-matched with InPro's culture and dedication to client service. And given our size and resources, Falvay-Counihan customers will benefit from an expanded line of customizable products and services," Goodman added.
Former Falvay-Counihan team and clients will gain access to a range of new commercial, personal, and life and health insurance products and resources, which provides an opportunity for more customized and competitive service, rates and policies, as part of transaction.
Founded in 1973, InPro Insurance offers competitive personal, commercial, life and health insurance products for individuals, groups and companies.
