Italy’s output of hot rolled (HR) steel flat products totaled 1 million tons in March, slumping by 33.7% year on year, according to statistics released by the Italian steel producers association Federacciai.
In the quarter of this year, the country’s output of hot rolled steel flat products amounted to 1.329 million tons, decreasing substantially by 31.7% in comparison of those in the same period of 2012.
