Hengyi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd announces that the Ministry of Environmental Protection has approved Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical, a joint-stock unit, to build a 2.1 million-ton PTA project in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province.
Hengyi Petrochemical holds 37.5 percent of Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical by investing CNY 517.50 million through Zhejiang Yisheng, a holding subsidiary.
