Turkey imported 14,258 tons of seamless steel pipes in February, falling by 4.9% from a month ago but jumping by 20.6% year on year, according to data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). In February, the country's imports of seamless steel pipes from the CIS totaled 752 tons, hitting the lowest level since September, 2010; those from the EU were at 4,348 tons, rising by 5.9% form a month ago; those from China totaled 7,489 tons, increasing by 3.8% month on month.
