Bright Grey, a division of The Royal London Insurance Group, has signed a contract with Sapiens International to extend strategic use of its Sapiens ALIS policy administration system.
Under the $3.3m contract, the company will utilize Sapiens ALIS system to offer protection insurance to both intermediary and consumer markets in the next five years.
Sapiens ALIS has extensively been used by Bright Grey for rapid launch of new products into the IFA community to help address the continuous demands for new product offerings and product features, since 2003.
Bright Grey Project Delivery head Rosslyn Barr said the Sapiens ALIS had served as a key platform within the Royal London Group.
''The ability to implement product innovations and rapid product launches in a self-sufficient way, coupled with the rich policy servicing function, Sapiens ALIS gives us the capability to stay ahead of our competition," Barr added.
