Sinocare Inc. (SZSE: 300298) revealed that a contract has been inked with Tecnosuma Internacional S.A. (TISA), an excusive dealer in Latin America, according to which the latter will purchase blood glucose test strips from the former and sell them in Venezuela. Contractual value reaches USD 3.59 million or CNY 21.97 million, accounting for 6.48% of gross operating revenue recorded by Sinocare in recent audited accounting year.
