NSSC leaves stainless CRC domestic prices unchanged for November
Nippon Steel & Sumikin Stainless (NSSC), the largest stainless steel producer in Japan announced to leave its domestic prices for stainless cold rolled coils (CRC) and plates unchanged for November.
NSSC decided to keep its base prices and alloy surcharges for austenitic CRC and plates unchanged for November.
Meanwhile, NSSC cut the alloy surcharges for ferritic CRC and plates by 5,000/ton due to lower ferrochrome prices this quarter; however, the company increased the base prices by 5,000/ton to reflect weak demand from auto-related customers.
