Currently, Landglass is recommended by Luoyang Intellectual Property Administration and awarded as a director unit by PPAC due to its ongoing efforts on patent creation, utilization, protection and management, as well as the great achievements it has made.
PPAC is a national, professional and non-profit social organization under the supervision of State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China, and devotes itself to promoting continuous improvement of patent protection, and strengthening connection and communication between its members with government organizations and among its members. During preparation and implementation of relevant national laws, policies and strategies, PPAC plays the roles of bridge and link between the government and enterprises, so as to guarantee lawful rights and interests as well as sound development of enterprises and public institutions under market competition. Its entry into PPAC will allow Landglass to effectively utilize the information consultation and communication platform provided by PPAC for patent prewarning, patent credit evaluation, patent strategy study as well as patent and innovation consultation, and to play a positive role in establishing a comprehensive patent protection system for enterprises, improving patent protection and management level, and promoting enterprises’ sustainable development of innovation.
