Mazda will unveil its MX-5 roadster, 2016 model during simultaneous events to be held in the US, Spain and Japan on September 3, 2014.
MX-5 roadster initially made its debut in form of an exposed SKYACTIV-CHASSIS during the 2014 New York International Auto Show.
The fourth generation MX-5 will feature SkyActive technology and will weigh 220 lbs less when compared to its previous generations, providing a pleasant driving experience without compromising upon the collision safety performance and body rigidity.
Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has partnered with Miatas at Mazda Raceway, an event dedicated to Miatas set to be held on September 5-7.
MX-5 will be on display at the event along with other motorsports MX-5s and the company's heritage concepts.
MNAO has done the R&D and designing of Miatas at Mazda Raceway and they will facilitate consumer discussions, along with motorsports.
