Insurance Technologies’ FireLight has been selected by national insurance and financial services company Ameritas Life Insurance, as its electronic application and business fulfillment solution for its life and disability income products.
FireLight, as part of the Ameritas Producer Workbench portal, will be delivered under the name eApply and assists agents to process online applications more quickly and efficiently.
Insurance Technologies FireLight Product Management vice president Jim Ferrell said, "The implementation of FireLight allows financial professionals associated with Ameritas to expedite their business fulfillment processes and complete applications electronically and in good order while providing the added flexibility of mobile support."
The solution also enables Ameritas financial professionals to quickly enter and submit application information online through mobile electronic user-friendly and familiar e-application process.
Ameritas Life Insurance Individual Operations senior vice president Cheryl Heilman said that that the Insurance Technologies' solution enabled it to meet target dates while maintaining quality controls critical to business.
