UK-based provider of claims solutions QuestGates has introduced Subsidence Hub, a new subsidence loss adjusting service.
The new subsidence loss adjusting service features traditional industry approaches and uses technical knowledge, cost control and subrogation control, customer care and service level compliance measures.
QuestGates operational claims manager Dave Clare said that the new hub is expected to reduce the lifecycle of the various types of subsidence claim while protecting cost.
Commenting on the launch, QuestGates director Alistair Steward said, "Just as we created new processes to change the way in which environmental claims were managed, we are confident that by conducting the same review in the subsidence arena, we have the ability to offer a service that makes good economic sense for insurers but that also puts the customer first."
The claim management will be owned by a claims manager, who will makes strategic decisions according to the direction of the claim and deliver streamlined process for the insured, brokers and insurers.
