Team of building enthusiasts take to Kickstarter to fund range of plush iconic US buildings.
Everyone likes a good iron girder. But have you ever eyed up a building that you just want to hug?
Neither have we.
But we have discovered a group of plush toy developers who have. And now, they are looking to share their passion for iconic US buildings with the globe, through a new Kickstarter campaign.
Squeezable Skyline is attempting to raise $25,000 to fund its range of plush buildings, including the Sears Tower and the Empire State Building.
Should the firm be successful, it already has a design portfolio of 22 famous American landmark towers lined up for production.
With nearly a month left to raise its goal, the team has already received around £4,000 from 67 backers.
The firm – hoping to target the tourist and keepsake market – has, understandably been met with some mixed reactions.
