Russia New-Car Sales Growth is Slowing in February

According to Japanese media reports, the European business association (AEB) recently released statistics showing Russia's new car sales (including commercial vehicles) in February 2013, 210666 vehicles, up 2% from a year earlier, for four consecutive months continuous low growth.

Russia's biggest car manufacturers AvtoVAZ's commercial vehicle "LADA" won the monthly sales volume by 36910, up 0.4% from a year earlier, more than five consecutive months previous achievements. Among them, the sales force in the "LADA" sold more than 12207 vehicles, achieved 2 times more than the same month last year.

Renault win four consecutive months in sales, February sales was 15300 vehicles, up 19% from a year earlier. The new "Duster" sales is good, to 5964 vehicles.
