Created by French born designer Philippe Macaigne, Lamp-C was made to reinterpret the classic lamp shade. The new shade is made with Dibond, a lightweight aluminum and was then shaped into a very angular shade and coated with rubber.

Macaigne states, “suspended it emits a very directive light underside and a soft mood light towards the ceiling. The rectangular shape allows the lamp to be put on all its sides.” The lamp shade is created such so that you can choose how not just where the lamp is placed.
