According to data released by the US Department of Commerce (DOC), the US’s imports of standard pipes totaled 84,902 tons in April, increasing by 42.9% from a month ago.
Among them, the imports from Russia surged by 78% to 8,367 tons; those from Turkey jumped to 9,619 tons from zero; those from Thailand increased substantially to 6,671 tons from 21 tons, all compared to the figures in a month ago.
