According to data released by the Chinese Customs, the country’s exports of finished steel totaled 4.93 million tons in October, rising by 2.9% from 4.93 million tons in September. However, the country’s daily exports of finished steel averaged at 163,548 tons in October, down by 0.4% from September and slumping by 20% from August. In January-October, China’s exports of finished steel amounted to 51.97 million tons, rising by 13.6% year on year.
