Ukraine’s exports of steel products totaled 1.878 million tons in June, down by 0.8% from a month ago, according to data released by the metal trading enterprise Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK). In June, the country’s imports of steel products totaled 148,700 tons, falling by 9.9% from May. In the first half of this year, Ukraine’s exports of steel products amounted to 11.834 million tons, up by 0.9% year on year. In the given period of time, the country’s steel product imports dropped by 8.4% year on year to 801,300 tons.
