Alan Gray (AGI) has signed a partnership agreement with Willis Group subsidiary, Willis North America, for provision of claim closure solutions to the insurance market.
Claim closure services jointly offered by AGI and Willis' Claim Advocacy Practice will include a thorough review of the customer's outstanding claims.
Alan Gray chief executive officer Mike Ceppi said the partnership will assist customers in identifying and perfecting claim closure opportunities.
"Together, we provide the expertise and bench strength in claim analytics and claim auditing that will allow our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes," Ceppi added.
Willis North America chief claims officer Joe Picone said the powerful solution offered by the partnership will help companies to protect their balance sheets.
''Willis is committed to being a true risk management partner and the Claim Closure Solutions brings true value to clients," Picone added.
As part of the agreement, the companies will also provide strategic planning for clients, that will detail how to bring claims to closure within a specific time frame, so as to free up assets in the form of cash or letters of credit.
