Tough trading conditions resulted in around 75 per cent of dealers reporting a sales decline in 2011, according to a survey carried out by Penfold Research.
Results of the survey, published as part of the Office Products in Australia 2012-2014 market report, showed that the best-performing dealers over the past two years were Fuji Xerox, Document Supplies, Complete Office Supplies and Officeworks.
Additionally, niche players such as Smiggle and kikki.K have achieved "extraordinary growth", according to the report.
Reflex is Australia's best known office products brand, according to a survey conducted as part of Penfold Research's Office Products in Australia 2012-1014 Market Report.
