ACE Group-owned risk management services company, ESIS has announced expansion of its global claims servicing platform through enhanced network and new global catastrophe claims services.
Besides servicing over 165 countries worldwide, the company currently operates 12 hubs, including in South Africa, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Singapore/Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Toronto, and the UK.
The company is also providing its customers with global exposures with a capability to access dedicated resources for global catastrophe claims services to better manage loss potential in case of unanticipated and adverse events.
ESIS senior vice president Lee Farrow said the company has continuously worked with its customers with global exposures to manage their claims in other countries since establishing its global claims servicing platform in 2008.
''Realizing that we now need a more robust model to fully meet the evolving needs of our clients, we have enhanced our offering to help our clients more effectively achieve their program goals now and in the future,'' Farrow added.
