Feng Hsin, one of the major steel long product manufacturers in Taiwan has announced that its June sales revenues totaled NT$2.468 million, falling by 12.3% from May.
Also, Feng Hsin has to list its loss from in-stock inventory in June due to the falling carbon long steel product prices, causing its sales profits in the second quarter lower than the figures in the first quarter.
Market analysts said that the demand might remain slow due to oversupply of rebar in China and the coming typhoon season in Taiwan.
