Imagination had a 53% rise in profits to$57.7m and a 30% rise in revenue to$200m for the financial year to the end of April.
Royalty revenue was up 55%to$100m.Licensing revenue was up 21%to$54m.Revenues from the Pure digital radio business were flat at$46m.
"Despite the global economic environment,over one million devices are now being shipped with our IP daily,"says CEO Hossein Yassaie,"we remain very confident of our continued good progress given the growing demand across our IP families,the growth in design wins across a widening range of end-user markets,and the momentum in our partners'chip volume."
325m ICs using the company's technology were shipped,said Yassaie,who reiterated his aim to be shipping Imagination technology in a billion devices in 2016.
During the year Imagination added Qualcomm,Mstar,Ricoh,Rockchip,ZTE,HiSilicon,Actions Semiconductor,Allwinner,Compound Photonics and Huawei to its client list.
