Turkey’s exports of steel pipes totaled 134,000 tons in May, rising by 6.8% year on year but falling by 6.3% from a month ago, according to data released by the Turkish Steel Pipe Manufacturers Association (CEBID).
Meanwhile, the country’s export revenues generated by steel pipes totaled US$121 million, increasing by 5.5% year on year but decreasing by 4% from April.
In the first five months of this year, Turkey’s exports of steel pipes amounted to 739,000 tons, rising by 2.4% year on year.
In the given period of time, the country’s export values of steel pipes totaled US$658 million, falling by 2.6% year on year.
