Most domestic distributors take highly care on CSC's new AP plates price and its release quantity. It’s said that CSC may keep its December price unchanged. Since CSC's fourth-quarter steel plates' allocation have been full booked, it is difficult for CSC to increase AP plates production in this December. Thus, some market participants said even though CSC has finally decided to increase its AP plates release volumes in December, the increase should be limited.
