MILWAUKEE, WI (BRAIN) — Fyxation is offering a new kit that includes a Gates pedal strap and a Gates platform pedal. The urban-oriented brand says the straps are becoming a popular alternative to clips and straps or clipless pedals for fixed gear riders and commuters.
The kit is currently available through Fyxation and its U.S. distributors.
It includes an easy-to-display compact retail package that was designed with the local bike shop in mind (see photo below).
The kit is available in seven colors and includes the Gates pedal, which has an imacpt-grade nylon body, chromoly spindle and rebuildable loose bearings. The straps are built from 2 inch seat belt webbing.
