The Treasury said that the carbon tax or will be released around in 2016 or 2017, the Preliminary tax is "10 yuan per tonne of carbon dioxide and then gradually increase". The carbon tax is mainly from coal, crude oil, natural gas; the tax basis is on energy consumption and the collecting tax is on consumption.
