Ukrainian Journal reported that Ukraine's government picked APCO Worldwide Inc a Washington based strategic communication firm to promote globally a planned USD 1 billion liquefied natural gas terminal project.
The government seeks to improve the image of the project, which suffered a setback on November 26 after Gas Natural Fenosa of Spain had officially denied its involvement.
