The Ministry of Commerce will launch the e-commerce law to regulate the surging online-shopping industry, according to Commerce Minister Gao Hucheng, Beijing Times reported. China's online retailing has grown nearly 30 times during the past 5 years. Sales are expected to top RMB18 trillion by 2015. The ministry will also support the development of free trade areas in local places where conditions permit, Gao added.
