Spanish Ministry of Health Has Issued a Decree in Native Time on December 18th

According to Spanish National TV report, Spanish Ministry of Health has issued a decree in native time on December 18th, the rule forbids smoking e-cigarette in public places. It opens new round nonsmoking activities in Europe countries.

    Spanish Ministry of Healthissued the decree after EU regular meeting on December 18th. Decree stipulated:"banning using ecigarette at school ,hospital, public transport means and all public places that "City Management Regulations" stated." And it prescribed punish standard. Spanish Ministry of Health minister said:"issuing the decree not only for all health, the more important is protect our children, next this order will be practiced in every region."

    Early many years, majority countries of Europe issued anti-smoking rule, ban smoking in public places was written into law. However, along with more and more e-cigarette increases nicotine content, electronic cigarette original function of quitting smoking has almost disappeared, turning into another killer of health and bringing great inconvenience to countries' anti-smoking activities.

    Therefore, EU regular meeting on December 18th, banning e-cigarette became discussed important topic. Finally, EU member states reached a consensus on forbidding e cigarette and passed that drugstore banned to sell electronic cigarette (because e-cigarette was regarded as drug for quitting smoking in Europe, so majority sold in the drugstore), the content of nicotine can't surpass 20mg and the e-cigarette can't sell to the minor.
